Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or related field; Master’s preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage CAD design projects from concept to completion within timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers and project managers to translate requirements into detailed CAD designs.
  • Create 2D and 3D models, assemblies and drawings in SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar.
  • Conduct design reviews for feasibility, functionality and manufacturability.
  • Generate engineering drawings, BOMs and design specifications; perform tolerance and validation analysis.
  • Mentor junior CAD designers and collaborate with suppliers on component suitability.

Skills

  • 3–4 years in CAD design, preferably off-road equipment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA or similar.
  • Strong grasp of GD&T and design for manufacturability (DFM).
  • FEA and simulation experience desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification

Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet demand and optimise resource use.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement and logistics to prioritise orders and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Analyse capacity, resource availability and lead times to determine feasibility.
  • Use ERP / MRP tools to maintain schedules, capacity plans and material requirements.
  • Monitor progress, implement corrective actions and drive on-time delivery.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Skills

  • 4–5 years in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of capacity and material requirements planning.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualification

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop procurement strategies for cost reduction, quality improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Identify, evaluate and qualify suppliers on quality, cost, delivery and technical capability.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing to secure favourable conditions.
  • Collaborate with engineering to align procurement with technical specifications.
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance and compliance through audits and evaluations.
  • Use ERP and e-procurement platforms to streamline workflows.

Skills

  • 5–6 years in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain in engineering.
  • Strong technical expertise in materials, components and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and value-creation track record.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Ariba and MS Office.
